Rey Hauser is a multidisciplinary artist and jeweler located in Seattle WA. Their art practice explores jewelry making and the metaphysical connection within material and making. They create magical objects in fine metals designed through meditative states of consciousness, pulling from their scrap and material collections and collaborating with the elements. This work explores magical queer identity and craft through intentional adornment.

Hauser holds a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design in Jewelry and Metalsmithing where they learned traditional silversmithing techniques and began experimenting with casting. Inspired by alchemy, portals and divinatory exploration their work allows them to connect with the unknown.
